Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for my consulting business. The name is SJ-EM Consulting. I like classy and low-key but with a bit more design than just writing out the name. I'd like to focus on the SJ (my initials) with either EM Consulting or Emergency Management Consulting being smaller than the SJ. For example, not really what I'm pointing at, but possibly "SJ" in a box or circle with the other text written smaller to the right of logo. I do not really want any icons. I prefer the color scheme maroon and white or navy and white. No crazy fonts - again, prefer classy but not dead (i.e. Arial font).
