Brief de Design de Logo

Hi there.
So I’m looking for someone to design an awesome logo for my new coaching/personal development business. I’m really looking for something super personal, not just clip art with a bit of text. I’m hoping to find someone that I can also work with on future projects if I can find the right style.
The name of the business is “The Greater Guide”, which refers to the idea that the best guide for you and your life, is actually YOU! So the coaching concept for this business is to try and help people find their own way, their own “mojo”, rather than the typical systems and psychometric approaches of other coaching businesses.
I’m looking for something super creative - something that comes from the heart. I’m a people person so it needs to be personal, not corporate. I also would like a lighthouse as the logo, so something combining the words and a lighthouse would be great.
I’m really looking forward to seeing what you come up with.
