What I am seeing is very "spreadsheety" I had in my mind a more graphical/visual approach to the difference between "in-house" and "in-home."

I created the spreadsheet to demonstrate the difference; however, I would like to see it in pictures.

I want restaurants that are creative people to look at this as how they run their restaurants,

Can you please clarify size?
