Brief de Design de Logo

We would like to update our logo. We are a nonprofit charity raising funds for the Youth Programs in our town of Natick. We are looking for a logo that will work better for print material and give a nod to our youth programs. Our current logo doesn't print well in black and white or on items with a single color. The final design should work in color and/or black/white option. Match our town colors of Red and blue (I've attached main school logo for color scheme.) Logo will be used on print material, our website, and merchandise (Youth and Adult). Our town highschool is the Natick Redhawks. We would like for the redhawk to be more of a character or mascot like.
