Brief de Design Infographie

I am looking to Create a web report utilizing the attached information. It is an investment calculator report that will be customized report based on an online calculator. Therefore the report will need to be designed in a manner that a backend developer will be able to build off of.

The report will need to be web based but also printed in PDF format. The report will need to include the calculation format as well as be templeted to add a report user unique profile information like Headshot, Business Logo, Name, Telephone number, email etc.

The report should be modern and clean and easy to read and use a modern clean template design. It should be able to be easily color customized by the end user to produce templets in Red, Blue, Green, and Greyscale.

The report should be no more than 3 pages total with out breaking up the sections.

Section One - Cover sheet including agent bio info, Report Title and property address (both prominent), 400 Character space for property description, Property Pictures (3), and a google Maps integration image showing property location, It should also have room for about 100 words for a text disclaimer. (I will provide text soon)

Section Two - Inputs from the calculator

Section 3 - The Four Benefits & Rates of Return

Once I have a completed/approved form I will have about a half dozen forms/reports that will need to be laid out with a similar aesthetic.
