Brief de Design de Logo

We would like a logo for a rebrand. Our company is a startup based in Singapore and scaling into South East Asia. We are an eye health app that provides home-based and corporate eye screenings for eye diseases and eye conditions.
Our users are able to utilize our app to view their eye health reports and seek further clinical treatment. If needed, they can shop for eye care products like eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Our Brand personality is that we are Relatable, Down to Earth, Knowledgeable and Empathetic. We want to come off as a friendly, humble and reliable source of information.
We would like to see designs that follow our current brand colors and personality. The final design of the new logo should communicate our new brand elements as attached in the files.
