I am look for something super creative. My company's target audience fun loving people who enjoy going to concerts, live music, being with friends and family.

After reviewing with friends and family, the guitar pick is a no. People think it is an upside down triangle which is not the look I’m going for.

Also- I don’t want the tagline in the logo as it may change.
