Brief de Design de Logo

We are opening a business called "Miss Mouse Market". We will begin at a Farmer's Market so the art must be in large format to print on large signs.

Within the parent Market business there will be multiple product lines/categories over time we will add these:
1. Miss Mouse Micros: Organic Microgreens
2. "Mini Mouse" or "Miss Mouse & Friends": Pet Products (all natural-baked goods, microgreens, cat grass, furniture like window perch etc.)
3. Miss Mouse Community Garden: A "Community Garden" section in our booth (like at a Farmer's Market) where local folks that grow too many fruits & veggies can bring them on consignment. VERY high standards of quality & freshness. Each display will have a photo of the grower & a short bio. Their "story".

History of the Name:
When I was a little girl, My Mom (she passed away 2 years ago from Cancer) called me "Miss Mouse". So the name in a homage to her. In addition, she had a bunny named "Mouse" that she adored. She loved little creatures.

The Ask:
We want a logo with a custom Mouse. Not one that can be found online. It must be a drawn mouse (digital is fine) but not cartoon like. I will attach some look/feel examples but the artist can be free to go with what feels best to them.

The one we choose will feel like you are walking up to a little roadside stand to buy all kinds of farm to table items. We want modern but with a warm, natural feel. Not a "country" mouse per se. Not a sketch. The graphics attached are not exactly what we want but give the "feeling" we do want.
I have yet to see the actual mouse online or I would have bought it. I am a decent graphic artist but cannot draw.

It will have some combination of:
-A female mouse (holding a basket? Holding a stem of Microgreens? Apron? a baby mouse? you get the idea.)
-a representation of microgreens
-the same mouse that could be used on different products (different poses, maybe characters with her for pet products, colors of apron, what is in the basket, etc.)
-Gentle color scheme. White, cream, light sage, brown. Touches of accent color but nothing bold.
-Printable in black & white without loss of design composition or look/feel.
-At least 300 DPI (prefer larger) in Print and web format (color profile, etc). We will want a full range of sizes to use on website, print, marketing, swag, etc.
-We have not created a tag line yet but open to ideas!

***The chosen designer must be able to change the mouse at our request. So this needs to be an original piece. ***

In the provided examples, we are showing look/feel and font, but while we want one in black/white we DO want colored.

A design that is flexible and can allow some of these to be created later would be nice.

• A mouse that exists already. It must be original, unique & able to create different poses, settings etc. She should be whimsical and soft like in the examples attached not drawn in flat format or pen/ink look.
