Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo designed for a consulting firm that specializes in helping businesses flourish with employee engagement, satisfaction, training, coaching and positive psychology.

Not sure on colors, but I'm thinking of the definition of Flourish is "grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way, especially as the result of a particularly favorable environment."
