We need an identity for an internal program that will promote safety for our employees who work in retail stores. The idea is to recognize safe behavior when we see it, but to do so as part of an identifiable program. Recognition will come in the form of e-mails, certificates, Facebook postings, Yammer postings, and textile giveaways--t-shirts, hats, etc.
The theme of the program is that a person who operates safely isn't just doing their job, they're preemptively avoiding tragedy and are heroic--just as much as a person who arrives after an accident to render aid. Hence, Safety Superheroes.
This program will be used across two company brands--one with red and white with black trim as company colors, the other with green and purple--not necessarily the colors we need to go with, but I thought it might be helpful to include. I can't seem to choose the options below, but we would prefer a pictorial or character logo that is roughly square in shape. If possible, if a character is used, it should be gender neutral.
