Brief de Design de Logo

Task:
Design a logo to be used across business stationery, presentations, merchandise and website.

Company name:
Navigate Property Consulting.
To become known or spoken about as ‘Navigate’

What do we do? Our service:
We provide professional consultancy services to occupiers (tenants) of commercial premises (office, industrial) across Australia.
Our services save our clients a lot of money as they move out of their premises, managing their end of lease make good obligations.
In providing our services, we research all lease information, the premises, property market, the client and landlord, and ‘navigate’ the best outcome for each situation.

Colours:
We prefer, more muted, pastel, considered colours. So far, we quite like the following colours (but happy to look at any suggestions):

• Green with white and charcoal grey.

We would like to avoid the bold versions of the following colours. This is because the global real estate firms and our competitors use them:

• Blue
• Bright green
• Red
• Yellow


Look and feel:
Professional, creative, diplomatic, carefully considered. Not overly masculine.

A subtle nod to Navigation within the logo or treatment of the lettering could work well, but please avoid obvious images associated with Navigation, such as compasses or references to maps.
