Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo that incorporates all areas of first responders (Fire/Rescue, Paramedic, Police, Lifeguards). We are also incorporating our youth in the community. This is an inaugural event held on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've upload the badges for each department, as examples. There is a swim/run/fitness component to this event.

Here is a mission statement for the event:
Hawaii First Responder Invitational is a fitness event designed to physically challenge the men and women who serve as first responders as well as create a positive experience for our community. We aim to do that by partnering our first responders with a high school age youth to work through the event together. This will challenge our youth in a unique way and give them an opportunity to learn from their skilled team mates. It also gives our first responders an opportunity to mentor and encourage a youth from our community. We have designed this event to be a physical test that will challenge these men and women with tasks and movements that they encounter in their responsibilities as responders.
