I have founded a business in Sydney called MindBodyNourish. Our vision is "Empowering others to be happy and confident in their bodies by cultivating a healthy mindset and making positive, sustainable choices around food and fitness." We need a design that reflects this confidence and happiness that I hope our clients will feel when they embark on our programs.

At MindBodyNourish, we work with our clients holistically on the foundations of mind, body and nourish. We recognize that every individual is on their own unique journey towards their goals. Our tools and support are highly individualized and adaptable to meet the specific needs, lifestyles and preferences of each client
