Brief de Design de Flyer

We need a professional design for our flyer in format Din A4/both sides.
Attached you will find the content for the flyer, but we are looking for a modern, professional design.

Some background/context information:
- the product is about a solution for charging and billing of charging infrastructures (for electric cars) in companies
- target group: companies, esp. facility managers, fleet managers, controlling, CTO, CEO
- should be printed and available online
- our website (and most of our current design work): https://lade-plus.de

In the files you will find:
- photos of reference implementations of our solution (should be included in the flyer)
- stock photos (we are using the one you will find in the current flyer on our presentations, maybe you can use it too to keep some corporate identity.
- our logo
- the current flyer as PDF and as PowerPoint
- a sample presentation we also need for customer communication

It would be nice if the design will align with the existing design work, but bring fresh aspects and will be up-to-date and professional.
