Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for a consulting company. We provide leadership and organizational coaching with an a holistic approach. See the attached for a general beginning, however I would like it refined, more sophisticated and in a contemporary style. We envision a more round icon with sun rays on top and mountains. Though like a more modern look compared to an obvious picture of mountains and sun rays. Open to colors, nothing bright, would like dark blue or blue grey or charcoal.
