Brief de Design de Tatouage

Im looking for a subtle tattoo (about 10 cm x 10 cm) that reminds me of my family but an outsider would not immediately understand the meaning of. Id want the tattoo to have 3 main subjects:

1) A song that reminds me and my partner of one of the most special moment of our lives is: Coconut by Harry Nillson. Its a funny song about putting lime in a Coconut so it would be great if those fruits could come back in the tattoo.

2) We build a birth card for our first born daughter around the song: Octopus Garden from The Beatles. Its a sweet and joyful song. Also my daughter favorite stuffed animal is an Octopus so a cute octopus would fit well in the tattoo

3) Our second daughter is called Fawn. So a Fawn/ baby deer would be lovely to add into the tattoo

Since A Coconut, A lime, An octopus and a Fawn have nothing to do with each other I find it very difficult to blend then together in one design. I hope your creative minds can help me out :)
