Brief de Web Design

Jeep Nation UAE Website

A simple but amazing website is needed for an offroad club in the UAE.

Jeepnation.ae (domain owned)
Hosting required.

Jeep Nation UAE is a non-profit club that brings together Jeep owners who meet up and drive & gather together all over the country.

The club until now has been working on WhatsApp but has grown to over 700+ members and needs a website to support it and have a platform to book/sign up for trips. As there are many types of driving levels, we need a platform to categorise each member according to their driving skill so they can only signup for the trip that is in accordance with their level.

The page must be intuitive, easy and clean. We have many members from many different countries & ages. Keeping it simple would be good.
English is the main language. (Maybe an easy Google translation addon for Arabic)

Mobile friendly / web app:
Most of our members will use the page on their mobile, and admins will usually use the site on their mobiles to see who is on the trip, show reports, blog etc.

3. Member trip/events sign-ups
• Members can only see trips according to their tier
• (Example) Only Sport Should see Trips for “Sport Level” / Sahara can see Sahara Trips & Sport Trips / Rubicon can see Rubicon, Sahara & Sport Trips etc. Tiers can only see their level and below.
● A page with the list of trips (group by date)
● Sign up/out button
● The trip will contain:
○ Title
○ Picture
○ Description
○ Time and Location
○ Level limit
○ Trip creator/owner
○ Trip capacity limit
● Admin: add/remove members from trip
● Admin can create/manage trips
● Admin can rate (1 rating 1 to 5 stars) members in the trip

4. Sponsors Pages/s (ramy4x4, arb)
• Ability to add full pages according to the sponsorship level.
• Speciality Index (Fabrication, Mechanic, Wheel, Rims, painting)
● Ad area with Title, image, a short description and link

5. Jeep Nation profile
• About Us page
• Rules and regulations, T&C’s.
• Roles
• Founders/Management area.

6, Blog Area.
• General blog, nothing complicated
• For example, an area where members can sell their used items, an area where they can chit-chat about new models etc.
• Only Admins can create posts/subjects.
• Blogs post should also be seen as per Member Level

7, Social media area.
● Simple place where we share our social media. @jeepnation.ae
• We only use Instagram for now but we will push Tik Tok soon.

8, E-Commerce
• Not a must at this moment but will be required in the future (1 year). Please account for this so we can activate it when required. Simple and easy.

9, Backend

• Backend Should be straightforward to use and intuitive, adding images/text, editing images/text, creating text (Font, size, colour), and adding pages. (For simple people to use one site). We do not require website management, but we will contact the developer if we need any big add-ons or want to expand the site.
• Mobile view is essential.
o We will use the website as a Web App for mobile devices. Mobile versions should be accessible, mobile like and intuitive.
• Apple Wallet / Google Wallet Membership Card option required. Members will be able to download their membership cards. (Simple, no picture) members details
