Brief de Design de Logo

Currently I use a cartoon character from Futurama which isn't a good thing long term because of the copyright issues. The character is called Bender and I want a logo that represents him and still kind off looks like him so that I can sell products like merch with that logo later on without any copyright issues. Only the head of the character should do fine for the logo with some background color, purple-pink would be nice. Some thunder in the background is appreciated but not a must. Just to be clear the character needs to be a robot that LOOKS like Bender (see included pictures). Its ok to get rid of some features Bender has and add some of your own. The logo should be 98 x 98 and not be bigger than 4mb. No names or anything like that in the logo, just the design.
