Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo for a new kids gymnastics, tumbling, party, etc facility. The name is Delaware Dynamix. I would like to use yellow (like a bright butter shade, not too pale) and blue (like a "marine" blue - not exactly royal blue, not turquoise), orange could be an accent color. I would love to incorporate a half sun (setting/rising), because it has a "coastal" feel (our location), and it has personal significance. I did the X as a figure in a handstand. I've attached a file with some ideas, but I'm open to all kinds of ideas. Logo has to be easy to put on clothing, shouldn't be too intricate.
