Brief de Design de Flyer

Hello,
We would like to create flyer for our plumbing company Hydrotech
- we have 2 web domains
hydrotech.hr ( official)
adaptacijakupaonice.hr ( for bathroom renovation)

- we would like to create a similar Z-fold flyer ( from A4 paper) for our services
- We are sending images used on our websites. Of Course, it is allowed to put some of their own. Depending on design
- sending word with text which should go on each page. Text can be modified but in the sense of a page. The massage on a page should be as in word.
What is important to us:
- to stay in blue color
- It should be 1 page when fully open. So it looks like the complete page of information
- first/front page should be with our logo and phone number. more focus on emergency plumbing.
- back page should be about bathroom remodeling. Not necessary but would be received more points
- please don't use images of regular plumbers from Shutterstock and similar. we don't want to use this stock's regular images as all others.
