Brief de Design de Tatouage

As part of a tattoo sleeve project that I'm building gradually, I am considering getting getting a 'terminator endo-skeleton'-like tattoo on my inner forearm/wrist. It doesn't have to be exactly like the one in the movies, but rather inspired by the attached photographs, with a robotic and a touch of steampunk (cogs, etc) would be ideal. The robotic design would appear with a 'through-skin' or 'ripped-skin' effect.

Before I go to the tattoo artist, I wanted to get a custom design made. It would be inked on the inside of the forearm, about 10 cm from the elbow, extending to about 5cm shy of the wrist. I think the photos I've attached illustrate the sort of effect and general design I am after.

The tattoo will be in colour - so shading with black/dark blues and perhaps reds would be perfect.

I'm open to discussion, and happy to hear about further ideas.

Mockups over a forearm are more than welcome, but the final design should be a 'flat' version that could be fit on paper so the tattoo artist can print it and make stencils.
