Brief de Design de Logo

I need a business/branding logo. We are a small consulting firm for urban planning and development projects. We hold Sustainability, equity and collaboration as our core principles in our projects. We enjoy the simplicity and colour of the attached sample as it represents not only a compass pointing north but also showing the way and remaining true. We also like it because urban planning requires a lot of mapping and it's an easy way to incorporate our brand directly on the maps submitted to clients.
