The DOOR Lab (The Developmental Origins Of Resiliency Lab)

The DOOR Lab (The "Developmental Origins of Resilience" Lab) is a science lab at a US university that studies the foundation of resilience. The lab's goal is to help build a foundation of understanding resiliency, which can ultimately translate into the standardization of disease prevention. This is a physical basic science lab that utilizes stress-induced animal models such as social defeat stress to uncover the connectivity pattern of the brains of individuals who are susceptible and resilient to stress, particularly what patterns may exist prior to experiencing a stressor.

Our target audience: We are speaking to post-doctorate university students and other researchers in the neuroscience field.

Three descriptors for this lab: resilient, neural circuits, multi scale

Avoid colors: yellow, off yellow, orange, lime

Lean towards colors: winter colors (blue, greens), vibrant tones

Vibe: 3D graphics, futuristic, minimal, matrix, opening the door to the future, neuroscience, brain
