This is an update for all designers based on common issues with the designs:
GENERAL:

1. There are 2 designs required. A revamped brochure AND a sign-up form that new clients will complete on their first visit.
2. We are looking not just for a copy of our original brochure, but hopefully some additional design that will improve on it.


BROCHURE: April 1 UPDATE based on Submissions:

1. The Level 5/All Access should be done something like below. As explained in the brief, the pricing for the monthly/unlimited plans are different, but the same for the drop-ins and packages.

2. Only the images noted in brief above are to be included in the All Access section (Hybrids, Sunless, and Red Light).
3. The sunless section on the inside top of the old brochure is being removed since the it's now included in All Access.
4. Some designers included the back of the postcard that was attached in the brief. The postcard was included only to provide the information from the FRONT of the postcard (All Access) that should be on the front of the new brochure.

SIGN-UP FORM: April 1 UPDATE based on Submissions:

1. I realize there is a lot of text, but the form has to be designed such that it leads the client through providing their information, and then clearly outlines the purchase and product options that we've highlighted. Most of the designs were too jumbled and would be confusing to a client. It has to flow from step to step.
2. Some designs did not leave enough room to write their information. It's important that our staff can read everything clearly to enter accurately into our POS.
3. We want the client to come up to the front desk with this completed, and be able to see exactly what they've checked off wanting to purchase. It's like an order form.
