If this is correct, I would strongly recommend using one of the modern website builders like Wix or Duda to build the new site. The advantages of this would be:
1. the site will be responsive, so no matter what device the site is viewed on, it will appear clear & user-friendly
2. Making edits & maintaining the site will be straightforward as the user interface is simple, and intuitive, with help blurbs available throughout
3. The support provided for troubleshooting is excellent & prompt.
