Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a creative mind to help design a logo for our brewery. We are a husband-wife team who homebrew and have started to enter to contest arena. With a recent win of a gold and bronze metal under our belts at the most recent homebrew contest, we thought it was high time to create a memorable logo for all our fans.
Our brewery name was born out of our love for hiking. We spend a lot of our time hiking/backpacking the White Mountains of New Hampshire. We have been working on completing the New Hampshire 48- 4,000 footers over the last few years (we are currently at 40/48- hoping to finish this year). A common phrase for us when passing people on the trail has always been "Happy Trails!" This phrase of warm wishes and good luck has such a positive vibe, we thought it was perfect for a brewery name.
When away from the brewery and the trails, we are avid D&D players (Dungeons and Dragons). It's a time to gather with close friends around a table telling stories and sharing a few pints of ale. And as most D&D players will tell you, all the best stories start in a tavern.
Thus we come full circle on the origins of "Happy Trails Tavern".

The Deets, Looking for:
A logo that embodies all the above yet is a simple design.
Something that can be easily reproduced on a shirt or sticker or banner that is clear and recognizable.
Something that may have the potential to be laser cut/etched.
Fine with a minimalist color pallet (1-3 colors) but can be more complex if the art speaks to you (looking for less than 8 colors though).
Can incorporate the name of the brewery or just a logo.
Like to have the final design in a SVG file format.
