Paradigm Pallet - (company name)
Add your question or comments below
Hi,
Please could you explain how your business' paradigm is different from what you consider "typical" or "commonplace". It is more useful for the logo to depict the specific paradigm you propose, than to try to depict the very abstract and generic concept/idea of paradigms or paradigm shifts.

Great Question.
Pre Covid the pallet industry operated independently, meaning there were 6,000-8,000 pallet companies across the US.
When Covid hit there was a pallet shortage causing the price to rise to levels never seen. The shortage got the attention of the large financial institutions. For the first time ever, the pallet industry was talked about in the Wall Street Journal, Forbes magazine and many more. Large financial institution decided to start buying all the small pallet plant across the US and change the way the do business.
In the past, most of the smaller pallet companies had a small direct sales force that was paid almost straight commission. These sales people built up there account base and since they were straight commission they paid special attention to customer service.
Smart sales people created long term relationships and these customers stayed loyal for many years some cases 20+ years.
The large financial institutions are changing the way pallet companies do business. The sales people are now paid a salary and are encouraged not to have a relationship with the customers. Instead, they have created a customer service department and force all customer to call into a 1-800 phone number to get support or place orders. The service is terrible and most customer dislike this new process.
I am sure this sounds familiar because it seems this is the way all big companies do business.
So when I refer to Paradigm Shift I am referring to shifting back to the way the pallet industry used to operate. I want to create a company that focuses on customer service and relationships like it was pre covid.
I hope that answers your question and give you more insight into what I am looking for.
Thank you
