Brief de Design Graphique

I need graphics designed for our summer camps event. These camps are for teenagers, 6-12th grades. The design visual appeal should be geared to older teenagers.

Primary graphic design is for a 11x17 poster.
Graphic should include the following:
-Please include cut and bleed lines.
-Main Title: SD NextGen presents . . . Summer Camp
-Dates: Teen Camp - June 5-9; High School Camp - June 19-23; Middle School Camp - June 26-30.
-Register at SDSummerCamp.com
-Black Hills Retreat Center, Deadwood, SD
-For each camp, include name and headshot of speaker: Teen: Aaron Phoneix, High School: Josh Shader, Middle School: Garrett Freier.
-Include SD NextGen logo

I will also need the images redesigned for:

-Event Graphic should be attractive to older teenagers. Open to ideas. I want a bright not dark design. Do not include palm trees. Our location is in a pine tree forest in the Black Hills of South Dakota.

My graphic design experience is limited. I will need help receiving the files I need in the various sizes. Thank you.
