Brief de Design de Logo

Hi, we are looking for a logo design that will work well in print, desktop header, and mobile website menu - meaning that it needs to scale up and down well enough to still be recognizable.

We are a vacation rental family business in Sarasota/Siesta Key, Florida area. The location is a beach town meets downtown vibe.
The company is called Siesta Shore Rentals. But we wold like to logo to just say Siesta Shore.

We know that we would like the blue color same or similar to #1D67CD perhaps for the text.
We also know that we would like the same or similar text font pointed out in one of the uploaded images. We do not know the name of the font. We would like to have access to the font that will end up in the logo.

We have uploaded a lot of ideas, but ultimately we want you to make the best design choice for us. Our vision is somewhere along the lines of "Nordic meets Coastal/the Tropics." We love the compass idea, but would prefer more of a sun shape integrated in the middle. We like the contrast seen in the lighthouse image.
We've included some preview images of the website currently in the works (first rendition) to provide some context, although the website header image may be changed to something with more contrast and/or sunset beach. We want the logo to be able to replace the "Siesta Shore Rentals" text in the menu bars, so you can see roughly the visibility we'd like.

For our clients, the logo should make them feel like they are renting from professional, but warm and welcoming locals.
