Brief de Design de Logo

We have started a business called Kuli's and we need a logo created for this company. Kuli's is the management company of various different restaurants and pubs. The first pub the company will own will be called The George Inn and this pub already has a logo which showcases the beautiful building the pub sits in.
Looking at other companies that own multiple restaurants (such as Elite Pubs), we would like to create a logo for Kuli's that indicates it is a food brand whilst allowing each individual pub to sit under the brand and look part of the company. I attached the existing George Pub logo (titled 'image').
Kuli's will be the parent company. The George is the first pub Kuli's owns. The George logo will sometimes stand alone on items and sometimes appear with the Kuli's logo. I have also attached some initial ideas I have which you can run with or completely disregard.
