Brief de Design de Podcast

Hello,
I would like new artwork/design for my podcast. It's called Real Life Weight Loss and has been a consistently top 50 show in the fitness/nutrition category on Apple. My current design was originally created when I started the podcast over 2 years ago. It's time to refresh and update things! I would like a new design that incorporates a photo of me, but could also be used as a standalone logo for the podcast without my photo. A nice, clean, professional, yet fun design. Here's a little more about the show . There are three big taglines. These do NOT need to be included on the design. I just include them here to help with the feel/theme of the design.

1: To change your body, you must first change your brain.
2: There's so much more to you than just a number (what you weigh).
3: Losing weight is really about gaining life and living the life you've always wanted.

This podcast is all about busy moms, dads, husbands, wives who are working, raising kids, and trying to juggle everything life’s throwing at them … but also want to be the best they can for their family and friends and loved ones.

The podcast is NOT about how to get six-pack abs or how to drop as much weight as possible in 8 weeks. It's about finding sustainable success with your body, peace of mind with food, and improving your relationship with yourself.

Week by week, I provide bite-sized guidance - 20-25 minute episodes that pull back the curtain and reveal the truth about what it takes to lose weight and gain life - what strategy and approach real people are using to get results while escaping the soul-sucking, all-or-nothing diet mentality.
