Brief de Design de Logo
Stud and show beef cattle fitting services. including feeding, breaking in and all preparation of beef stud cattle for exhibition or sale. Specialising in Santa Gertrudis and Shorthorn stud cattle.
Would like the “WLS” to stand out in a larger more eye catching font. Then the word “Fitting” to be on a second line in a smaller more standardised font. Open to different shapes and styles. We want EYE CATCHING, UNIQUE and MEMORABLE.
We use the contrasting colours; dark navy and bright emerald green on all our equipment and show curtains (which hang above the cattle to display their individual information) to stand out from the competition. Although these are “our colours” - please give us your suggestions in terms of colouring with this logo. Would it be better to utilise the navy and bright green in the backgrounding etc of the promotional products, banners etc? More so than incorporated into the actual logo? Ie using (singular colour) navy and/or emerald green polo shirts and caps to put the logo on, as opposed to making the logo in navy and bright green?
We would really like to somehow incorporate a tongue-in-cheek type slogan. Something that relates to breeding and feeding stud beef cattle. Something that as soon as you read it, you think “oh that’s cool” and it sticks in your mind
We want to the logo to be multipurpose for letterheads, email signatures, business cards and promotional products including caps, polo shirts, jumpers, stickers, etc.
We have over 20 years experience in what we do but, have recently just gone out working for ourselves instead of other people. So we are looking for something dynamic, playful, yet professional and above all memorable.
We do not have a slogan but would like to have one. We love the tongue-in-cheek of something like “no if’s just butts” because we are in the business of breeding and feeding stud beef cattle. Once you read it, the playfulness sticks in your mind and that’s what we want!

A lot of the submissions are the almost identical. Have a current front runner design but it’s still not 100% nailing the brief. Really hoping for something to blow me away - something humorous and memorable. Something you see/read it once - it sticks in your mind. We are the “young kids on the block” so to speak, who have finally gone out on their own and need to make a memorable impression
