Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo design for construction based in Edmonton Canada, we are a young company breaking into the industry, what i would like to see in my logo when i look at it is easy on the eye simple but modern with the colors not to bright just two colors that complement each other and also i am Irish so subtle bit of green but nothing that takes away from the logo itself also ive attached a file of an old drawing but the name has changed i like the text in it
