Brief de Design Graphique

Here are two YouTube links to previous video/graphic design projects that should enlighten prospective designers as to what I am looking for.

Create a job fair/carnival setting for video, .gif, and pngs that detail teh NBJD Job Fair where there are booths with games, a ferris wheel, roller coaster, and a classic horse carousel. There will be people lined up at the Resume Booth, Job Application Booth, ID/Driver's License Booth, and Interview Clothing Booth. A small group of people will be wearing trench coats and dark sunglasses and they will be the "Evil barriers to employment" in disguise. While most of the people are focused and having fun and they are excited about working on getting over their barriers to employment. The disguised "Evil Barriers to Employment" will then quickly disrobe to reveal that they are indeed barriers (road barriers as usual) and in a menacing manner they will cordon off the job seekers from their respective booths and surround them to keep them from getting over their various barriers to employment. All of a sudden one of the plastic looking non-descript horses on the carousel will grow larger, brighter, and tear free from the pole to reveal it's quick transformation to becoming the NBJD Barrier crushing horse! The fierce pulsing red glowing eyes will shine and throb. An electronic compartment will open out of the NBJD horses abdomen to reveal the mighty futuristic platinum chainsaw and the horse will then grab the chainsaw with one of it's front hooves, dismount from the carousel, and quickly make the rounds to cut through each and every barrier to employment, the people will cheer or react accordingly, and then the NBJD horse will trot back to the carousel, remount onto the pole, and all of the rides and lines to employment resource booths will resume as before...and the Tag line will slowly rise from the bottom of the screen "nbjobdevelpment.com Cutting Through Barriers To Employment One Person At A Time."

I want the video for youtube, still photo jpeg/png for business cards, shirts, and other gear, and I would like a .gif of the action scene when NBJD horse morphs form the carousel horse and starts slaughtering the barriers to employment.
