Brief de Design de Tatouage

I am looking to design an upper arm (above elbow) / shoulder tattoo of my dog (name is Moose - he is a golden retriever). I have included pictures in the file upload just so you can see what he looks like. I saw a tattoo of a lion that gave me the inspiration, so I have also included that picture in the upload pictures. For the tattoo, I am thinking only neck up for Moose (he has what looks like a lion's mane for fir on his neck) with some sort of design to go with it, but I am clueless and definitely open to some great ideas. He's been living with canine lymphoma for the past 1.5 years and is very important to our family. Thanks!
