Brief de Design de Logo

We are a property development company called "Oakstone Property Group".
We specialise in the purchase, renovation and resale of high end real estate.
The logo will be used as the starting point for a full branding exercise, which will include business cards, stationary, website, advertising boards and social media.
We would like the logo to feature either an Oak Leaf or an Oak Tree and we are open to the designers interpretation of this. We would be happy to consider either modern minimalistic, geometric or realistic designs.
The logo must give a feel of high end luxury. It should be clear and crisp and must be readable at a glance as it will be used for roadside advertising boards.
With regards to colours we would like a grey/dark grey logo and would be happy for the use of blending or shading of the greys throughout the oak leaf/tree.
We have come up with some ideas of our own which will hopefully give some guidance, and have attached the file for your reference.
We will provide fast and constructive feedback on all design submissions in order to achieve the desired result.
