Brief de Design de Logo

Looking for a logo incorporating the name of the company which embodies the spirit of the company. While many of our drinks include boba/tapioca pearls we are also serving fruity flavor infused iced teas, coffee based cold drinks. While most customers will be from 10-30 years old we also went to attract the older crowd as well. Logo should be fun yet sophisticated. Design of shop is natural dark woods, concrete/dark stone, white marble. logo should be universal for use not only on signage, but for brand recognition on product, packaging, and employee uniforms.
