Brief de Design de Tatouage

I'm a veteran looking for a unique Marine Corps Eagle Globe and Anchor design (color) on my right shoulder with the USMC flag and the U.S flag crossed in the back ground. I currently have a WWII U.S Navy memorial for my father (color) on my left shoulder. Approximately 5" by 5". I want the tattoo to compliant the Sailor Jerry navy tattoo but show it timeframe 1980s.
