Brief de Design de Logo

I have a window company with a logo, and I would like an additional logo made for a company that will operate under it. It is called "Revival" by "hwmc" the hwmc logo is attached. I have also attached another logo which is renewal by Anderson and this is the style of logo I would like. I would like the character to be the same kind of style but maybe like an old fashioned carpenter like the Lennox guy I have also attached. I would also like him holding just the sash which is the part of the window that moves. Not the frame. I have attached a picture of a single sash. ( it doesn't have to look like that sash, im just showing the part of the window I would like him to hold.
