Brief de Design de Flyer

I need a flyer for Job Coaching. It serves to engage customers (not businesses) with problems in their daily job, typical questions that are handled are:
Do I fit for the job?
Am I using my talents at best in this job?
I have a conflict with my manager/colleagues, what should I do?
My work-life balance is a mess, how can I improve this?
What job fits best with my talents?
I'm getting stressed out from my job, what can I do?
....
This Flyer will be available at GP's, therpeutic practices, pharamcists,...
this flyer should put people in action to contact me
Flyer can be created in English, in the final one the text should be in Dutch; I will make the translation of the selected flyer and provide it at the end
