Brief de Design de Logo

I'm a Videographer and am looking for a logo for my new digital video production company.

I like the idea of a text driven logo, using an overlapped color typography. With the overlapping of color creating a new color (see image 4). Depends on what works but I don't mind if the "The" in "The Picture Department" Is smaller and/or not color.

Maybe overlapping "Picture Department" Could work as per the first image. If that doesn't work the second image has each letter overlapped with color creating a cool looking blur could be cool, also happy to see ideas.
