Brief de Design de Logo

I am at a golf course in the northwoods of Wisconsin - Minocqua Country Club (www.minocquacountryclub.com). We have a popular logo already in place, but we are looking to add an alternative logo to our offerings. We have a famous totem pole on our grounds and was hoping to make a logo out of that. I am looking for something simple that would look good when embroidered on apparel. Preferably the eagle on top would be the main focus.
