Brief de Design de Logo

21st Century Entrepreneur is a new media company being created by entrepreneurs for entrepreneurs. We want a logo that represents a media brand called 21st Century Entrepreneur that will span a website, newsletter, podcast, social, OTT channels and YouTube/TikTok. Let's see what derivations can be created out of 21CE with some kind of action icon. The mission of the business is to inform, empower and inspire next generation entrepreneurs and digital builders ranging from developers to content creators, game/app developers, NFT artists, no-code entrepreneurs, local business owners using digital to scale and the like.
The coloring we prefer is black, red, white and greyscale.
The final design should communicate growth/expansion/profit, help/support, ascension, counsel/advice, creativity and evolution/personal development.
