Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo design for my West Virginia-based consulting business called MAPS Strategic Planning. The name was inspired by the idea that I develop specific, actionable plans/paths forward for organizations that are stuck on an important idea or project. My clients are nonprofits, especially in the public policy realm but not exclusively, and I help them get things done that improve their fundraising and operations. My particular focus is fundraising and donor/stakeholder communications. I have attached the color inspiration I've used for my early projects with the business - I like navy/royal blues and dark/evergreens. (Ignore the photo/font references, I don't care for that font.) The design should communicate purpose, direction, calm, and competency.
