Brief de Design de Logo

I am about to launch a new business, named "Eagle Street". It is a legal recruitment firm.
My clients will include large top tier and national law firms in Brisbane.
Eagle Street is the name of the street in Brisbane where most of these clients are located - hence, the name "Eagle Street".
I am seeking a refined, sophisticated design that isn't gimmicky or loud. Simple and contemporary, but with an edge is ideally what I'm looking for.
I would like to include "Executive Legal Recruitment & Talent Partners" in the logo.
I specifically don't want any bird (ie. eagle) in the logo, or any corny reference to the law - ie no barrister's wigs.
I had drafted something up which I quite liked, so please contact me if you'd like to see a copy of what I've done.
I do like navy blue abd gun metal grey, but I'll leave it in your capable hands.
The other phrase I quite like, but I'm not convinced that I'll use it is "Commercial Intelligence".
