Brief de Design de Logo

Commercial Real Estate Construction Attorney looking for a new logo.
There is another attorney in the practice that will be using the logo too, who is a family law attorney, but that is not the primary focus. I want the font to be crisp and like blues for the color. Like more traditional fonts like Courier or Times New Roman. I have attached the current logo for reference.
