Brief de Web Design

UPDATE: I've attached screenshots showing a purchase flow example, something all designers have missed in their designs. PLEASE check the URLs I've included in the brief for examples of a cleaning website. I've seen mostly landing pages and nothing else.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:
I need the UI designed for a house cleaning web platform from 2 separate experiences: one from the consumer end to order a cleaner to come clean their house and one from a cleaner’s end that manages their orders and manages their schedule.

The UI will need to include photo uploading for before and after photos, a checkout/cart experience w/ tips, toggle options for adding and removing rooms/extras cleaning add-ons, customer+cleaner reviews (meaning the cleaner finished the job and they can rate and review the customer as well as the customer can rate and review the cleaner), order history for consumers, job history for cleaners, profile, settings, and landing pages for both.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE COLOR BLUE AS THE PRIMARY COLOR. Use a light green (HEX #2fdf86) instead for primary theming color.

For sake of branding, the company name is TidyGig. Currently do not have a logo as we have not decided on the name. Logo will come later.

Most designer submissions were a landing page and only a landing page. Very few designed the flows I requested and none designed a schedule management page. I even updated the Brief to more clearly outline the needs and references. Only about 2-3 of the designers actually did more than a landing page. Still don't believe I received 6 designers input that I had paid for.
