Brief de Design de Logo

I would prefer to keep a Lighthouse for the t in coastal, include a beach scene and keep
Guiding you home as a tagline in italics. The oak island lighthouse is attached as an example. The lighthouse is across the street from the dunes in real life and the marsh is behind it this section do the island isn't very wide, but I don't want the road depicted on the logo. Our current logo is very bland so I'd like more design but to keep it recognizable as the business has been in operation for years.
