Brief de Design de Flyer

I am looking for someone to design a marketing brochure for my construction company, We specialise in residential construction contracts which are either high end, high specification luxury homes or in volume housebuilding, i.e projects with multiple houses of apartments being built.

The format of the brochure should be A5 when folded in a trifold format

Please utilise the logo (attached), the company website (www.trec-developments.co.uk). Please also feel free to insert any copy or images you think will be suitable.

Please also follow the guidelines below:

1. Keep it simple: Don't overload your brochure with too much text or too many images. Stick to the most important information and use bullet points or short paragraphs to make it easy for people to scan and understand.
2. Use high-quality images: Use high-resolution images that are relevant to your message and showcase your product or service in a positive light.
3. Include a call to action: Make sure your brochure includes a clear call to action, such as "Contact us today to learn more" or "Visit our website to see our full product line."
4. Use a clean, professional layout: Use a clean, uncluttered layout that is easy to read and looks professional.
5. Make it easy to read: Use a font that is easy to read and not too small.
