Brief de Design Graphique

I'm looking to have either Carl Cox (famous black dj circled in blue) or Fisher (famous white dj circled in blue) be the focal point of a tee shirt where they have the words "techno" written over their eyes, similar to the other attachments I added. But, the style I want is very punk rock, meets Banksy, meets SEX PISTOLS font style. I love street art, graffiti art, bright colors, overspray and pop art (see multiple attachments). Please see the multiple examples of the font style I attached that spells out the SEX PISTOLS. I want to copy this to a degree, for the word "techno" written over their eyes/face. My #1 choice is the black dude Carl Cox. My #2 choice would be Fisher. They're both really famous, but Carl is better known for TECHNO than Fisher is, but I'm also interested in finding someone who can do an amazing job with both djs, if possible.
